You can delete your Astrodap account and its associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what is removed, and what we may retain.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way is directly from the app:
- Open the Astrodap app and go to your Profile.
- Tap "Privacy & Security".
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered address at [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to verify your identity before we proceed.
What we delete
Once your request is processed, we permanently remove or anonymise the personal data linked to your account, including:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your profile photo and sign-in identifiers
- Your date, time and place of birth
- Your saved charts, readings and preferences
- Registered notification devices
What we may retain
We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example, transaction and purchase records needed for tax, accounting and fraud prevention — for the legally required period, after which they are deleted. Any data we keep for analytics is anonymised so it can no longer identify you.
How long it takes
Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is erased or anonymised right away. Residual copies in secure backups are fully removed within 90 days.
